Violations of Usage Regulations of TCU Network

The following actions violate the regulations of the TCU Network.
Every member of this institution is required to obey these regulations.

1. Publishing contents violating copyright
   
Downloading and uploading music and video files using file exchange software
 Downloading, uploading, acquiring and publishing music, videos and game software using file exchange software, such as Winny, Share, BitTorrent and so on, are against the Mi-tech Network regulations.

Storing music and video files, such as mp3 in common folders
  Storing copyrighted music, videos and game software in the common folder is regarded as assisting illegal distribution.

Copying and exchanging music and video files
 Copying and exchanging any copyrighted files is a violation of copyright law.
 Uploading any copyrighted files to one’s homepage is also regarded as violating the law.

Downloading game software from unauthorized sources
 Playing games software downloaded from unauthorized sources by using an emulator violates copyright law.

4. Publishing obscene contents
